Save and continue in InfoPath 2010

Hi all Am working on SharePoint 2010. I have created a InfoPath form through list. I am trying to implement "Save and Continue" while the form is open and continue my work saving the information I have entered in the form. Everything works fine for the first click on Save and Continue. But when I try to do some changes and click on the "Save and Continue" it throws me the below error. " The form cannot be submitted. Save Conflict. Your changes conflict with those made concurrently by another user. If you want your changes to be applied, click Back in your Web browser, refresh the page, and resubmit your changes." Can some one suggest me on this. I am not a pro in InfoPath forms and trying to explore more and learn things. thanks all.

Can you provide the rule you are using to save and continue? Do you have the library setup to automatically check out items when they are being edited?

Hi GMUDuckman I did not write any complex rule for that to be frank. Just added a button and saying to save and continue if the title is not blank. I am unable to figure out on how that can be happened as I am not much pro in InfoPath and SharePoint. It would be grateful if you could suggest me on how i can proceed . Thanks again

You're going to want to use a submit data rule on the button. Have you already setup a submit data connection?

Yes I have already set up a submit button and associated with data connection. This is not submit , am looking to save and continue the form.
