 I add this rule, and I checked your sending infopath , but there is no validate date, if I entered date in start date field is less than 01/01/1900 and/OR in end date field is greater than 31/12/2099 and click Save button it dont show respective message.

I think there's a better way for me to explain this. Hi, When you adding the rule date should be in between 01/01/1900 and 31/12/2099.  You should set the condition Start Date is not Present  for Start Date and End Date is not Present for End Date while adding the rule.
