No, I have even deleted all of my rules and have only submit to the database then submit to my email.  Every time it expands all of my fields before it sends.  It expands them between hitting submit and verifying email approval.  Nothing changes and it has started doing it on all the forms that I go into and adjust.

Hi,  Are you setting any field value after submitting the form? If yes, Use that rule after email submits is completed. You need to use following order: Submit Email submit Value setting.
