Hello,

 My infopath form that I created was working great.  Then all of a sudden it started expanding everything, all hidden fields after submitting but before emailing.  I don't think I changed anything.  The way I have the form set up now it should only allow the people I am submitting form too the view of what has been changed on the form.  Now everything expands and you see all fields after submit.  The receiver sees the same, all feilds instead of the ones we are using.  I know its only a setting, but not sure which one.

Any help would be greatfully apreciated.

Are you setting any field value after submitting the form?

If yes, Use that rule after email submits is completed.

You need to use following order:

1. Submit
2. Email submit
3. Value setting.

No, I have even deleted all of my rules and have only submit to the database then submit to my email.  Every time it expands all of my fields before it sends.  It expands them between hitting submit and verifying email approval.  Nothing changes and it has started doing it on all the forms that I go into and adjust.

What field you are using to hide and show the section and how that field value will be changed?

Currently its only checkboxes that are set to bits in the database. After the checkbox is selected a hidden choice pops up to allow someone to enter information.  I have about 25 hidden boxes  that pop up after a checkbox is selected.  They all use conditional formatting. It had been working fine and all of a sudden it started showing all of the hidden areas After I hit submit.  It has confused me very good.  Thanks for your help in advance.
