  Hi, In the above steps which was given by Anuma, put a condition while setting the user name that if user name is blank then set the user name field with the username() function. If you don't put this condition, every time the user name field is displayed with the user name who opened the form.

I don't do anything in the code, just associate a code behind for the infopath form. And this problem is just occurs on infopath, other document( .docx, .pptx....) is ok.

Thanks for the reply. I am able to open the form from another computer.  When we checked the InfoPath version we noticed that there was no service pack.  After installing Office 2003 SP3, the form can now be opened from the person's computer. Regards, -Jonel
