I would like to created InfoPath with several memo fields but I can not created them in access database becouse there is some limitation between Infopath document and access DB.  Can I do it by writing some code? 

That code seems ok, but can you guarantee that the XPath "..//my:tempFarbe[../my:ddArtikelnummer = ../../../my:Artikelnummer]", will always find a matching node(i.e., that there will always be a child ddArtikelnummer that matches the grandparent Artikelnummer)?  If not, that error is going to occur.  Does the stack trace that ...

Hello,  You may not be able to do this without setting your form to full trust, and even then it may not be possible. Typically in InfoPath one would call a webservice by using a Data Connection.  Is there a reason you do not want to do that?
