I'd think in your code, you'd use the Rowid variable like this:
"/my:myFields/my:Section_D_Target_Pop_Req/my:Sub-Section_D6_Output_File_Requirements/my:Preset_Frequency_GRP/my:Recurrence_Frequency/my:Preset_Frequency/my:Targeting_REQ[" + RowId + "]/my:Targeting_Iteration_Recurrence_Additional_File_Layout_Fields"

So - what will have changed in the form when the evaluator returns the document? That is - are there fields the evaluator changes that need to be reset to their orginal values? It seems like something that could be done w/ rules but I'd need a bit more info to make suggestions.

Is this in InfoPath Filler or in the browser? Maybe on the machines that are not working as anticipated, try a form that shows the value of now() - the XML value, not formatted, and see if the result is what you anticipate.

I'm sorry - I've read this and am having trouble understanding - my guess is that you want to combine two data sources for your drop down values - are both data sources in SQL? If so, use a view to combine them into one.

You'd use a concat and some formulas for getting the correct range values - what version of SQL are you on? If 2005 or later, you can use BETWEEN otherwise you'd need ClosedDate < ... and ClosedDate > ....
Do the values in ClosedDate include time?

Wow - that sounds really awful. It might be worth trying (if you have not already) opening the library in Windows Explorer and copying a file out and back in - see if that does any good - and I only suggest that because I've seen it re-populate promoted properties before....

You could use an expression box bound to the field in your print view - but I think you'll lose all your rich text formatting, not just the color of the text.

In your form template, under versioning, do you have it set to upgrade existing XML? In InfoPath 2010, that is under File --> Form Options --> Versioning...

I did mean download a filled in form (which is an XML file) and look at it in a text editor, yes.
The template you have saved on your PC is not the same file as the published file template that resides on SharePoint. Publishing creates a copy of the template (among other things) - and name being the same in both of your libraries is why I am ...

You have two different sites? One is named 2012 and the other is named 2013? Is Activities the name of the form library? If you are no longer getting the message about replacing the template (form conflict) I guess I'd assume that since the URL is different IP is keeping them straight some how - but I hadn't realized that IP was going ...
