I'm still pretty new to InfoPath so I may need a bit more info. Does this code go in the OnLoad event handler for the form or the list box control? I can't seem to find either for the form or the control.

Did you find a solution to this issue? I am experiencing the same thing.

I actually need something to this effect.
I want the user to click a button and the form will be signed without opening up the wizard to select different certs and add comments etc.

Well, you will greatly reduce the chance of a multiple IDs if the query is run on submit, yes... Or, you know... Are you submitting to a DB? Can you add an auto-id column to the table you submit to? Then you don't have to try to grab a max and add one or anything like that.... the form would get its ID on submit....

I never doubted they didn't work, the complicated formula you banged out for me awhile back made sure to that. The same ID issue could be fixed if the query is run on click of the submit button, right?

Hello,
Where is the udcx file stored?
Upload the udcx files into central admin and link into them with InfoPath or Visual Studio Infopath project.
If they already are then from the central admin site: Administration->InfoPath Form Services->Manage Form Services
Tick the following:
Allow user form to use authentication information ...

Hello,
Are you using any code to run the web service? Can you give more detail on your error message? What are the input values you are passing to this web service before executing?

Hi Shiva,
thank you very much for your quick response. I tried it, but I get the error:
"not declared namespace-prefix: 'd'"
something must be wrong at the end of the xpath
...tns:getInstanceResult/d:workitem/d:tbl_User/d:tbl_UserRow"
Do you have any idea?
Regards Ulk
