Check which field the drop down is bound to, where it stores its data. Is this field in the previous forms or is it a new field?

We actually do a lot of business in Japan so we can make the time work. Most of our forms and solutions are in Japanese as well as english.
We have staff there and are going to be opening a permanent office there soon as well.

I think there is a way with code.
However what I do ussually is just store the form name in the form itself. Or in your case might store and save both form names if they differ.
So instead fo having some concat function as form name. I would put that into the default of a field in the form itself.

Typically you would have a repeating table of your secondary data and then use conditional formatting to hide all records where Supplier_id does not equal a form value.
Then only the records which match will be visible (one since it is a PK) and it will be dynamic as the form selection changes the formatting will change.

Have you considered saving their progress frequently. This would solve your timeout as well as multi-day issue.

That means you do not have write permissions to the database.
Check permissions in SQL Express. Your Network Service account should have permission on the QdabraDBXL table.

You might look at getdate(0 or whatever the jscript command for the current date.
Another option is just create a field that defaults to today() then just pull from that.
