Okay - well, first, check the radio button control on the form so you know what the valid values are.
The, you'll want to use the XPathNavigator class to get the current value & or set the value - here's some help. It specifies IP 2007, but should get you pointed in the right direction.

Hi - looks like you are using a SharePoint List data connection for your refresh - Is that correct? You won't want useWebService set to true in that case, sorry for the confusion.
At what point are your querying the SharePoint List data connection? I'm not seeing that in your rules - it doesn't query on load, and I don't see an ...

So - when you add the rows when opening from SharePoint, are you entering data in them? I can see the rows are there, but no data. Is their any conditional formatting on the table to not show blank rows? Attach a copy of your template to a reply, I'd like to take a look at it. :)

Weird. From SharePoint, you can download a filled out form (from the menu, send to - download a copy). Download the form (XML file) you created when you used Add document. Then you can look at the data in a text editor, like Notepad, and verify that the repeating data is, indeed in the XML. That will help diagnose the issue. You can attach the XML ...

But I think getting the user's domain is going to be the tough part. I think UserProfileService can help you there - Search for InfoPath and UserProfileService and you should be able to find some blog ...

Euw. Well, that't the trick, then - when you modify what the user is entering via rules, you need the data to look like what the form expects for validation. Looks like it needs to be a date time - so you'd preface the time value sample I gave you with 1899-12-30T, you could just concat that in, I suppose - and you could probably use ...

Hey, Jerry & all, wanted to update this - just heard from a Microsoft Support contact who has been looking into the issue:... we have identified what caused the problem and a fix is in the works! It is in testing now but should be rolled out to the OnLine environment soon. :-)

Disable the rules. Enter time in the report time field, with the colon, so you don't get the validation error. Use File > Save As to save the XML. Open the XML in a text editor like Notepad. Search for Report_time to find the node. What's the data look like?

How many fields are in your form? It might be easiest to just use rules to clear each field...
