I have created a workflow that uses the contact sector and the Display name to send a email. However the email never gets set because the column that the Display name is set is text and not a email address. How would I fix this by using SharePoint Designer workflow or InfoPath. I know this has been solved before and is maybe an easy task.

Thanks for replying. Yes, the form works fine in Forms Services in a Form Library at Site Collection level. I can open it in Forms Services and save it as a .xml file.
