Hi Igor92128,
You can browser-enable a form with code but it requires an extra activation when publishing to SharePoint (due to security restrictions of adding code).

We have a Requisition Form used at all facilities on our WAN.
The main dataconnection is SQL Server DB Tables called PurchaseOrders and a POItems. The POITems is a repeating child table under the PurchaseOrders. PurchaseOrderID is an identify Field and is the forgein key in POITEMS. Make sense? e.g. 1 to many ...

Patrick,
HREF is the same. Some additional info.
My more recent forms created on older versions actually work when opened. The new functionality is there.
The forms that are not working properly are ones that were created months ago and edited every month new new status updates. So my older forms that go back multiple ...

Sigh. This is why we created our Web service which is not tied to SQL data types. It submits XML to the DB and use that for 100% fidelity. The other way is to if the value is null from database send a known character to the form. Then put a rule to make the field blank again if the value is ur known character but this time as you are dealing with the data on your form the field will be editable.

Thanks for the reply Sourav, however, the issue is with my main data source which retrieves data from a sql server database connection. I originally designed the forms using a webservice that returned a dataset, but what that did was make the optional fields required in the form if the fields were a non-string data type and I ...

Thanks for the reply. But no success. Opening a new form works fine. Its just opening a form that was already submitted to the site under a different version of my form xsn template. When I open one of these existing forms, the new functionality does not exist.
Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I ...
