Hello Donald and welcome to the forum!
I'm not exactly sure what you are trying to accomplish, but I think the information presented in this tutorial should be able to help you out:http://www.infopathdev.com/howto/tutorials/default.aspx?i=0bb37b4de44348408680a53a449f2353

It is always best to have the schema of a form finalized before you start using it in a production environment, but changes are often inevitable. For the future forms to properly handle these schema changes InfoPath creates an upgrade.xsl automatically that should convert old XML files into the new schema. However, this can only add nodes and ...

I was working with InfoPath 2007 Beta 2 today and needed to have an expression box in a repeating table in the Main DOM display information from the corrsponding row in a repeating section in the secondary DOM and after going through all of the usual steps that I used to go through with InfoPath 2003, I opened up the XPath so that I could manually ...

I don't understand how your template is affecting the form data. The template controls how the data looks and feels, while the XML should not change. That is, unless you are changing the schema of the form template. If you make schema changes to the template there is really no easy way for the old forms to be updated. InfoPath generates an ...

Hi SamIAm and welcome to the forums! I think you will find this task considerably easier with the Office 2007 suite, but for now you will have to either send the form as an attachement or write code to place it in the body of the e-mail. We have discussed sending forms over e-mail a lot in the forums and I think a quick search from the tool in ...

There are several aggregation options that you can choose when your promoted properties are the result of several rows. When you are setting up the SharePoing column from the InfoPath designer you should see a list of all of the available aggregation commands. I think you are looking for the ''merge'' command.

It's possible, it's just not best practice to do it the way that you are doing it now. You should change it to the following schema and you'll be much better off:
1) Create a secondary data source and then populate the drop-down by using this HowTo:http://infopathdev.com/howto/tutorials/default.aspx?i=7f693c75c5c94604b01bdfd3a1edaedc
2) Be sure ...
