    Problem with example forms

I am having problems opening the manifest (Definition File) an error message appears stating "This Page is accessing a data source on another domanin. Do you want to allow this". If I select YES it will go to an SQL Server Login window which I don't know what to do.

I think the definition file is accessing a table that did not come with the RAR file.

    Hey Eric,

Which example form are you trying to use? You might try opening the form in design mode and changing the data source connection to point to your own SQL server.

Open the template in design mode and examine the data connections--one of those might not be set up properly for your environment.

    Re: Problem with example forms

    Matt/Greg,

Thank you for the quick response but alas the problem persist.

The example forms in the HOW-TO page.

I can not open the file to be in design mode. If I double click on the manifest file from the folder where it is located or open (File|Open or Open File icon) it through InfoPath, I get the same error message and goes to the same process with the SQL Server login.

Yes, but which example form from the HowTo page?

To open in design mode, right-click the manifest.xsf or XSN file, and select Design.

    Re: Problem with example forms

    Matt,

Thank you very much for tip, I did what you instructed and it worked. Now if only I can preview/run the form without the problems I'm inquiring.

I have downloaded the following from HOW-TO
    1. Populating Fields After Selection
    2. Populating Table Row after selection (Rules)
    3. Populating Table Row after selection (Code)
    4. Fully Editable Drop-Down List Box

Except for #4, the rest I can not preview/run the forms without running through the problem.
