Hi Kavitha and welcome to InfoPathDev!
Cool project. Great to hear that you got the XSLT working. That is a challenging exercise. Ian Dawson (aka Dowson) has been struggling with that in the forum. Maybe you can post on what you did to get your XSLT to work. That would be helpful.
Now, regarding going back from Word to XML. I suggest using XML ...

Hi, and welcome:
A lot depends on your data structure. The controls that you are entering information into are bound to fields in your main data source, right? So at it's simplest, you can display the same fields on the 'Summary' view. You can also use expression boxes to show things like the sum of items, to allow you to do some ...

Hi:
Add a filter to the XPath in this line:
XPathNodeIterator rows = secDSNav.Select("/dfs:myFields/dfs:dataFields/dfs:Agenda_Items", NamespaceManager);
So it only selects the Agenda Items that match your criteria. Since I'm not sure of your data structure, you'll have to modify the XPath, but something like ...

I'm seeing some strange behavior with InfoPath 2007's font rendering. If typed some samples in Times Roman and Arial at various font sizes in Infopath, and did the same in Word.
The 10-point fonts match but the others do not. The infopath fonts appear much larger.
Seems related to Infopath using a font "size" attribute in ...

I've created a rule on a Form to not show that annoying NaN text message in fields that have formulas. The problem I'm having is that it only seems to work once. The first time I open the form after creating the rule, everything is great. However, the very next time I open it all of the NaN's are back. When I ...

Hi All,
I need help regarding how to put word doc 2003 data into infopath richtext programatically.
We have a requirement that the data has to go back & forth from infopath to word document.
I am able to convert my infopath richtext data to wordml and put that wordml in a word doc programatically using XSLT file.
But i am unable to ...

Do you mean in the schema or in the view? There is a difference. The size of the schema has less of an impact as does the number of controls in the view. This is even more the case when working with web forms. With web forms, you want to keep the controls in the view to a minimum. But then there's a lot of perf issues with web forms that is ...

I have a form with two repeating tables in it. One repeating table allows the person filling out the form to add rows as this is for user information, the other does not, as it is a static list to make selections from. I have the data filtered so that it will populate a text box in a different view. This is to allow users to ...
