Unfortunately, I know of no way to do this without using code. I saw a project on Codeplex for this a while ago that addressed this very issue, so you may want to try that site first.

Where is the form located? Are you opening (or previewing) from your local machine, or are you opening the InfoPath template from a SharePoint form library?

As long as your field in infopath is rich text, it should display the html in a standard list. If you have a copy of sharepoint designer, try following my method by creating a data view just to see if that solves the issue. There is not much you can do to modify the out of the box list display.
