Ah yes, makes sense. It is looking like a ton of rules with a lot of propensity towards mistakes! Thanks for the direction... I'll see where it takes me and post any further questions here if they come up. You have been extremely helpful and I really appreciate it!

I'll have a look at this in the next day or two. Honestly, I'm better with VB than C#, but I can pick my way through. :) I'm not really copying from one table to another, but rather querying a secondary data source (web service created in SQL) and using the query results as a single field in a repeating ...

When you uncheck the box, .=string(true()) won't be true anymore, because the field's value is now FALSE. So you will need to add another rule with a condition to handle for what you want the value to be if the field bound to the checkbox is false (I think you are going to end up with *lots* of rules!)

The simpliest way would be to create a workflow triggered by creation of new item in library A with the only action of copying new item to the library B.

Hi:
So you need to copy data from one table to another? We have a free tool for that -- qRules has a copy table command and you can download it here. It won't co-exist with other code, though, so if you are already using code in your form, you'll need to do something like this (C# and not the prettiest code in the world, but it should ...

Hi Hilary... Thanks for that. I agree that I definitely was putting it in the wrong place!
Now... I placed the following expression on each check box in section 1:
. = string(true()) and ../my:BS_PercentToClose_2 = string(true()) and ../my:BS_PercentToClose_3 = string(true()) ../my:BS_PercentToClose_4 = ...

Is it possible to have a form automatically submitted to a Sharepoint library(A) when user is saving a form to Sharepoint library(B)?
Thanks,

Hi!
It sounds to me from your description that you have set the rule on the field you wish to have change. Rules fire when the field they are bound to changes, so your rule is waiting for your read only field to change.... which isn't going to happen.
Instead, you could set rules on your checkboxes. When checkbox one is modified it would set ...

This is good stuff...I have a similar, but different question...thru a slight adjustment to what you've done here, how would I:
1. Evaluate a "UserName" Field on a repeating table (User names will vary across the repeating rows)
2. Compare it to the "CurrentUser" who is signed in (I get this value from ...
