Hi To make the form full trust, it must be either digitally sign the form or run regform to create an msi. To sign the form, create a digital signature on the same dialog and attach it. To run regform, download the InfoPath SDK and type regform -? for instructions.

Hi, One thing you can do is to display the data as a repeating table data instead of numbered list. If you add the data as a repeating table you can filter the data using the filter option available for repeating table.
