Removing first entry of Numbered List.

I have a numbered list which is bound to a sharepoint list.  When I preview the form, the first entry in the numbered list is blank, then the first item from my sharepoint list starts at the second item in the numbered list.  Below is an example:

    1.
    2.  Sharepoint item 1
    3.  Sharepoint item 2
    etc...

I'm assuming this is because when I place the numbered list onto my form, Infopath automatically fills in the first entry of the numbered list as "1.   ".  Is there a way to clear this first blank item in the numbered list either at design time or programatically?  I've noticed this happens for any of the list types.

qRules might work, since it allows you to delete a specific node...

We will probably not use qRules since the free version doesn't allow you to use custom code.  Thanks for the suggestion though.

I can't believe there's not a simple way to clear out the blank line....

    Hi,

One thing you can do is to display the data as a repeating table data instead of numbered list.
If you add the data as a repeating table you can filter the data using the filter option available for repeating table.

Thank you Anuma, that was exactly what I needed.  I was able to remove the blank line by using the repeating table filter as you recommended.
