Hi
Thanks to Hilary Stoupa on here I managed to get the People Picker field to populate fields for the selected user, but now regardless of who I pick it returns my details? Department, Job Title etc.
This is the formula I've got for the Job Title: ...

So the answer is: not set the filter in fields itselvs, instead use rules - if field lets say - index is equal 1 then set the field - and here must b efilter and data.

It is now working. I just needed to move the Rule up in the order sequencing to ensure that the form published to the List before the other rules were triggered.

I believe all the Rules are working now, but I still need a bit of help to ensure the form data is published to the List. Can you provide any guidance here.
Thanks - Kellie

Yes, you are correct. That is working now, but I have two more problems. 1) The form is not sending the data to my List anymore. What do I do to fix this? 2)The Form is triggering multiple Rules. Should I check the box that says "Don't Run Remaining Rules if the Condition of this rule is met?

XPath is case sensitive - that's why the expression stopped working. field3 is not the same as Field3. Why don't you get these tables moved where you want them in the schema, and rename stuff so it isn't group3, field3 & has meaningful names, and then I'll help you again w/ the validation. :)

In stead of Formatting on the "Ordinances", I used Action in the Rule on the "Fields". It works now the way I wanted it.
Thanks Hilary

Does this work with 2007 filler forms? I was looking into this but didn't understand where to put the 4 condition.
