I was able to get your sample to work but when I try to recreate it on my form I am still faced with the issue of it not working.
What I have is a repeating table with 6 columns the last column contains the attachment control with the button to submit to SharePoint.

Are you using InfoPath 2003 or 2007?
For 2007, it is like:
XmlForm newDocument = this.Application.XmlForms.NewFromFormTemplate(@"C:\MyForm.xsn");

I'm looking at the code snippet you posted in your first post -- that was working, just always bringing back the first items in each repeating group, is that correct? I also noticed that you are pulling fields from more than group.... can you post your form here? Under Options when you reply, attach the .xsn....

Do I need to add a reference to something in order to get XDocuments.NewFromSolution(URI) to pull up? Currently I don't have those options in my code behind which is in C#.
