Hi BarMatt80 and welcome!
Forms-based workflow is your friend. You can create user roles and open rules to do what you want. In the InfoPath Designer, go to Tools->User Roles and create the user roles for your approvers and timekeepers. If the approvers are active directory based, you can use our ADWS (Active Directory Web Service) to get ...

Scott Roberts and Hagen Green wrote a good book called "Designing Forms For Microsoft Office InfoPath and Forms Services 2007" that does a good job of calling out what does and does not work for IPFS (InfoPath Forms Services). The fact that there are many features which do not work in IPFS is legend. While v2 of IPFS is coming and will ...

Question regarding the Digital Signatures..
Does your product work just like the built in digital Sig in infopath less the digital certificates. I want to make sure that once an area is signed it cant be modifyed unless the document is unsiged.
Also how does it handel multible sigs on one form?
Thanks,

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone had a good resource for learning the object model of browser enabled InfoPath 2007 forms. It seems all the books and sites I go to say "Here's great feature X, oh yeah, it's not available in Form Services." Or worse, they don't even mention that that feature is not in the ...

You could try to compare the value being less than a specific amount, however, you would have to structure your rules in a way to avoid logic errors. For example, if you had three rules: if x is less than 100, if x is less than 10, etc., you would have to set the rules that work with higher numbers first. For example, 1 is less than 10, but ...

I think i have seen the solution on here before but i cannot find it. This is for a leave slip.
What i am trying to accomplish, is that I have a form that uses a person's domain login account(in the form domain\username) as the control for viewing different items and views in a form.

Hi,
does anyone know how to programmatically print an infopath form from a sharepoint form library (instead of opening it in a browser)?
Currently the code calls Context.Response.Redirect( "url_to_the_form_template.xsn" );
to open the form. Instead I'd like to print the infopath form directly.
thanks

Thank you for your feedback and it does make sense. However, if it's possible to add an if statement to the button formula, I can't figure out how to do it. :( I don't think I need the length function, as I can just check if the value is less than 10, less than 100 etc, correct? But any syntax I try for an if statement is rejected.
