Hi,
The solution given is really simple and easy. What I did is rather tedious. I created a Completed boolean data element and set it to true when user click Submit button. Then I put a conditional formating at every data element and set it to read only when the Completed data element equal to true.

I am having a problem which I hope someone can help.
I am using SharePoint form services and InfoPath 2007 (browser form). From my InfoPath code-behind, I need to get a value from a textbox in the formserver.aspx page, which is the host for the InfoPath form.
How do I do that? Anyone can help? Thanks.

Dear Ernesto,
It is an issue in the SharePoint. My colleague and I delete the existing document library and create a new one. The InfoPath was publish to the old library. We did not change the location to the new library. That is why I receive the stated error.

Thanks for the response. What you said worked like a charm, except how would I get the 2nd section (lower) to show in the same spot as the first section (so regardless of choice, the selected section would always be in the same area.

Can you expand the File menu in InfoPath 2007 and post a screenshot? I've never seen this before and I'm curious as to why you wouldn't have that as an option.
