• Problem with Form Published to Network

It's been a long time since I've written for help. That's because the InfoPath form I had on the network was working great; now it's bombing. I created the form on my computer. I published it to a network location where it can be filled out and emailed to me (via a "submit" button). When I receive it back, it's an ...

  • Re: Email Web Service Works in InfoPath 2007 but Doesn't Work on MOSS 2007

Hi IPSeeker, The easiest way to create an udcx file is to let InfoPath do it for you. This article explains the process of creating an udcx file: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms772101.aspx After following the article, there will be an udcx file in the Data Connection Library. If you download a copy of that file and open it. You will ...

  • InfoPath and Email (the saga continues...)

The scenario: Our users normally work off-site and “disconnected”. They will open a client-only InfoPath Form. It is a time-log form, of sorts. When they have filled in the form, they will queue it in Outlook’s Outbox to be sent to their supervisor during some future connection to the main office (usually a matter of a few days). ...

  • Re: Displaying a form in a sharepoint web page

SharePoint 2007 supports browser-based forms. As far as I know, ShP 2003 won't handle this. Check this out: http://blogs.msdn.com/infopath/archive/2004/03/25/96432.aspx where it says "How do users fill out an InfoPath form if they do not have InfoPath?"

Hello, I am having trouble converting my decimal to a whole number. My SQL database has the column stored as "decimal". In infopath, I can only use the decimal numbers. I would like to be able to view the drop-down in whole numbers instead of decimals. The end user does not want to do the conversion in their head. Instead of displaying ...

  • InfoPath and MS Access 2003 on Network Drive

I created an InfoPath 2007 form that connects to a MS Access 2003 .mdb file that allows a user to select a record group from within the form using a drop-down box and then update all records in that group. The form uses a drop-down to query the Access .mdb file and then presents all records. Both the Infopath form and Access databases are saved ...
