I do agree with warrtalon, you can use the sharepoint designer workflows, and it is very simple. the action is send an email. but if you are using VS it can be implemented in the codes. I prefer not to use codes in the basic actions in the form so I can not help you in this way.
wish you success

Hey Patrick,
As a followup to my other message this morning. You were right! Adding in the rules instead of using the code-behind has fixed all the problems. Plus it allowed me to set a bunch of fields with only one call, so I'm extra happy today.
Thanks again for your help!
Cheers -- Stuart

Hi Craig,
Good question! You can use UDC files to store your connection. Then, it's easy to move the forms from one server to another. Just change the UDC file that it's pointing to so that it references the new server. No change to the InfoPath form is required. Search this forum ...

Hi Tom,
First off, don't use Full Trust unless you have to. It's a bad practice because it increases your cost of deployment and maintenance. You probably don't really need Full Trust. For example, the error you are getting: "The signature on this form is not from a trusted publisher" is because you haven't correctly ...

Hi Stryker007,
Probably your form is not designed well. For a very low cost, we provide an InfoPath Form Detailing Service: http://www.qdabra.com/en/products/DetailingService.aspx. You could use that to find out what the problem is and get an estimate on the time it would take to fix it.

Hi TestUser,
Without understanding your scenario (the problem you are trying to solve), it's hard to give you the most pertinent advice ...
You can save your single field to a Web Service that maps to a database. We provide a free trial Web Service that allows you to specify the mapping. You would only map one field and then on submit ...
