 You need an XPathNodeIterator - http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.xml.xpath.xpathnodeiterator.aspx I think the forum is fussy about browsers when it comes to line breaks and so forth - what browser are you using?

 Maybe use a couple state variables? Set one to the default view so it is set correctly on load and then keep track of them from there? http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/microsoft.office.infopath.xmlform.formstate.aspx

 Thanks for emailing your form. Your submit rules are in the wrong order - you are submitting to the library prior to submitting to the list. So - your XML is saved to the library. Then qRules populates the ID field.... but that doesn't get saved. :)

 May I see your form, please? If you email via the forum, I'll reply and you can send it to me - or you can attach it under the options tab.

 I've attached a sample - save it locally, right click and select design, then preview - I set the default so that priority will default to the priority of the immediately preceding group's field.

 Is this the same form from my last sample? Because I added rules and changed some of your drop downs to text boxes, etc - I don't see that in the screenshot in your slide. Can you send a screenshot from trying the form sample I last attached?
