your formid field is causing all the problems

for a form to be rendered in browser, the template should be browser enabled and you should be having infopath form services on your server(available in MOSS), there are some features of infopath that are avaiable in client and not in browser enabled forms, so you will need to design your form without those features(like horizontal repeating ...
-
look into the data sources and check if any of the data fields are having a red * suffixed. Also might be you have some data validations set on.
attach the template so that we can have a look at it
-
check if this works
int i=0; while (xp.MoveNext())
{
a[i] = xnMyForm.SelectSingleNode("/dfs:myFields/dfs:dataFields/tns:GetRequesterResponse/tns:GetRequesterResult["+i+"]/tns:string",NamespaceManager).Value; i++;
}

hi,
create a new text field and in its default value use fuction
eval(eval(repeatinggroup,'Concat(my:fieldname,";")'),"..")
based on the value of this new text field(if it contains "others") hide/unhide your field
-
right click the control/field you want to hide, click on conditional formatting, and use conditions when to hide.
-
just use the publish wizard and provide the proper path(new path). you will also need to modify the secondary data connections(if used)
-
are you using infopath client or infopath form services to open your form,
goto doc library -> settings -> Versioning Settings -> Require documents to be checked out before they can be edited? (is this yes or no)
-
check if it works now(you might need to use [save as] to save the file once it is downloaded on your machine), if not give me your email id and i will send the attachment
