2) set default value of the TAX field to the (../my:SUBTOTAL + ../my:SHIP) * .085 * (../my:TAX_CHOICE = "In WA")

Tried to open a form from Sharepoint library and clicked on multiselection
listbox and submitted.
I dont see the values reflected in the Sharepoint form document library.
I do see other values though.
How do I achieve this?

Do you get the same (or different) errors when installing on the same site as MOSS?
We recommend installing DBXL on the same site. Let me know if that produces better (or different) results.
