No I wouldn't know which timer job it was attached to but I do know that it was directly related to that. We discovered it was just best to rebuild the workflow on the new site. That's sort of good to know. I have some extremely complicated workflows that will take weeks to rebuild in a new site. And, as we know, they are nearly impossible to migrate too :-(

Have you thought about using an email submit connection for your form? You could add fields for To, Cc and Bcc to your form and provide the user with a button that submits using the email submit connection. Your email submit connection could use those fields for the To, Cc, and Bcc... :)
