I have a date box using the Month, Year format but I need it to show the previous month as the default value.  Is this possible using any of the functions, or even using the today() function? Thanks in andvance.

I am assuming you are using a Sharepoint library.  If this is the case you will need to verify that in the document library settings that the option under the "Advanced Settings" for "display as a web page" is clicked.
