When we make changes to the Infopath form like add a new button or remove certain things and then publish to a documnet library in SharePoint, all of the previously submitted forms are also updated.    Is there a way to leave the old forms as they are and new forms going forward using the new template?     ...

Is there anyway that I can attach a message to a list or to a infopath form from my inbox?  Create a network place from my .pst?

We have several forms that user the function Username().   I have no idea where this information is pulled from.   We have a user that changed her last name which is reflected in Active Directory and her Profile in SharePoint, but the forms pull her old last name.   Thoughts?

I have a shipping request form that has 20+ check boxes and radio buttons.    About 40% of users will print the form and all the buttons are black.   Is this a printer issue?   Something else I could do besides change the buttons to drop-downs.

We created a second data connection.   get common manager 2.   Where do we specify using the manager1 rather than user1 to look up the manager1's manager. ---- On another note, is there a better way to do this?  tapping into the organization profile heirarchy?  

hmmmm... Using the GetCommonManager, I pull in the manager, but how does the action pull the manager's manager?  In the action Value field I need to insert a value... but how does that value reference the manager? You can see where I'm stuck:   ...
