We have several forms that user the function Username().   I have no idea where this information is pulled from.   We have a user that changed her last name which is reflected in Active Directory and her Profile in SharePoint, but the forms pull her old last name.  

Thoughts?

Username() pulls from the local machine's environment. She can change her name there and it should work. Or, you could just use Qdabra's Active Directory Web Service to get the user's name and not have to worry about this problem in the future.
