Was wondering.... as i am trying to save my "template" file, I can not do a save as through the form because I have turned that feature off.   Do I need to have this on in order to save the file as a template.xml or did you mean the internet File save as?  Chris

After spending quite a bit of time on this one, it is determined that it was a permissions issue.   So make sure all permissions are setup for not only the form library that the forms are submitted to, but also the ALL list that maybe used to populate any dropdowns etc.
