Hi - are you using the form in filler or in the browser? What version of InfoPath? If in browser, what version of SharePoint? I see only one form attached - can you also attach to another reply the form that is working in your enviro?

With copy table, your source and destination must have the same number of elements (fields). So in your 2ds query, how many columns are there? If there are 5, you need 5 in your destination.

Okay - that I've never run into. I do know if your text size in IE is set to something other than Medium, your form will use those text sizes when it renders, but I don't think it affects design mode.

Hmmm. Yuck. I usually start by trying to figure out if errors are related to users or machines. So I'd take a user the form is failing for, and have them log in (as themselves) on a machine where I know the form submits successfully for a different user. Does it still fail? If so, you can start looking at user permissions / settings. If ...

This is when you preview the form, right? Did you happen to change the text size settings in Internet Explorer?

What is the error the users get? A lot of times there is a details button on the error dialogs you can click to get more information. I've not heard of a formula being returned as a value some of the time - is everyone using the same version of Office? Maybe you could attach a screen shot or two under the Options tab in a reply?
