So when I publish the form Template to the Top Level Site as a Content type and add that content to the site that was added as a template, the 100 already submitted forms will open correctly?

If you want to change the value of a particular column in a screen,use "Update list item",when u r using "set field in current item",it is showing name and title for the field that you have already selected in the conditions list,i think u got my point..

This form is extreme simple i have jsu added one single button, and yes i have browser enabled it. If i do exactly the same thing on a other server it work fine.
This form has no code nothing just 1 button, and i use the publishing wizard. I have done this many times, but it seems as if this server has problems with form.
