Hi Sailor and welcome!
In your main data source right click on the group that contains the dropdowns that you want to repeat. Choose "reference". Drag the newly created fields to your view. Now you should be able to do what you want.

Well, I am also the form designer!
I inserted a link, but that then launches another app (which I can't have).
If I am in the form designer, I can insert an image, and choose a .tif file, but the picture item won't allow me to choose a .tif file.
Can you explain this statement: "you can choose to have the image in the form"?

Best practice is to condition the rule to fire on a field data change or button press event and then have the condition. Try display the values you are using in your condition in the view - so you can see what they are and debug the ...

Hi VivaSuzi,
Interesting question. So far as I know, there is no way to do this via the designer. Sorry I can't be of more assistance.

Hi Chuck C.
My guess is that they are not using Outlook 2007 or have it improperly configured. Ask them to repair Office by going to Control Panel and choosing Microsoft Office and Repair.
Good luck!
