Just use relative XPath selection like in my earlier post.
So visualizing that your XPathNavigator is positioned at the my:GROUP_1MM_sub node, you have to use ".." to move up several levels of the data source tree before going down again: XPathNavigator group1CM = myNode.SelectSingleNode("../../my:GROUP_1CM", ...

You can also create a URN-based solution by having the InfoPath form as an installable form (.msi), though this requires users to run the installer before they can use the form.
I believe this also requires the full version of Visual Studio as well.

Hi, I'm also a newbie to infopath. I just noticed this problem recently. I have a dropdown that is connected to sharepoint list however the list has 1500 items. I noticed that infopath only gets the first 100 items (Only the first page in the list is retrieved). How can I retrieve all the items in the list? I just don't know ...

Do you only see this on your machine or will it reproduce on others? Some InfoPath viewing settings are determined by Internet Explorer settings -- what size are you using for text in IE?

Where is your Delete button? If it is not in the repeating table with your rows, it will always get the first value. A simple solution would be to place the button in the table (you can make it look pretty by changing the text to an 'X', for example, coloring it red and removing borders and shading) so that each row has its own Delete ...

Hi -- sure, if you want item 2 to be filtered by the selection in 1. That is, you have a data source with all the possible option for the list for item 2, and then you only disply the options based on the selection from 1. Search for cascading drop down lists to find more information (here's a blog post by Greg Collins to get you started). If ...

Hi -- that option was new for InfoPath 2007, I'm afraid. You can use XPath to filter and get the same result, but it is a bit more tedious. Here's a blog post by Greg Collins that may help you.

Hi --
I'm not sure I entirely understand what you are asking, but I think after submitting, for a database bound form, the user needs to then query to get back the record. So you'd place some fields (like the date you mention) from the query fields group on your form, let the user enter some information and click a button that queries the ...

Hi -- a lot depends on what event you are programming to. For example, in a Changed event for a field in a repeating group, you can use e.Site (IP 2007). Can you tell us more about what you are trying to do? Are you using InfoPath 2003 or InfoPath 2007? Once you know what row is selected, what do you intend to do? Oh, and there is a Context ...

Hi:
You should just be able to use a rule for this. Set a rule on your field with the drop down, DropDownA. The action of the rule should be to set the value of a field, and you want to set the value of TextBoxB. Click the fx button next to the value field. The formula editor opens. Select the Insert a Field or Group button. Select the column ...
