Hi Simon,
Good question. No way that I know of to remove this.
Of course, my recommendation is just to filter the data so that you aren't getting a boatload of it... filtering on the server is a best practice. SharePoint's owssvr supports out-of-box static filtering for SharePoint data. If you need to parametrize the query (for ...

Hi Dadrivr and welcome!

Hi g21cincy and welcome!
Thanks for posting. Not sure exactly what your config is so I'll ask some questions first:
Are you using SQL behind SharePoint or just SharePoint (with it's SQL)
Does your form have an XML data source or was it created from SQL?
Are you trying to get a report in your SharePoint library that lists the ...

Hi Lenovo27,
Thanks for sharing! This is a nice technique.
You can also use Qdabra's qRules to save images to a SharePoint picture library. qRules automatically converts the picture to a link and uploads in the background which provides a nice performance advantage for the end user and doesn't require code nor custom workflows.

Hi Ducati321,
I know what you mean. I wish I could do this from my iPhone too! :)
Using code, you should be able to change properties of the envelope. If you need an hour of a developer to do this for you, send me an e-mail and we'll get some code written for you.
Cheers!

Here is a Microsoft article on implementing CAPTCHAs in .NET (not InfoPath specific).

What version of InfoPath are you using? You can add a rule to InfoPath 2007 with custom actions that close the form on submit. No code required.
You can also add code to the form that does this and call that from a button using the XdExtension:: xpath prefix.

Gee, funny you should ask. We're planning to release CAPTCHA support in next release of qRules (v2.1). If you'd like to test a trial version of this, send me an email.

Sorry, I replied to that forum before seeing this post. Here's a link to the reply: http://www.infopathdev.com/forums/p/14083/50068.aspx#50068
Anyway, you're right that someone should develop a HOWTO to show people how to do this in code. We have code for SQL but not Access. Let me know if you're interested in paying for a few hours ...
