Thanks for your response. I did what you suggested by created a workflow in the sharepoint designer. It did what I need.
However, I really like the way the "attachment" option does, nice UI and can be processed with your mail client (do not need to open the form from sharepoint site) if approvers can get the live status :)

I've splitted the form up in 3 parts because i need more then just the system but I figured it would be the same step for the other two.

Yes, we use Outlook 2007 in our company. I'm trying to find out more details as to if any of the users were using their Blackberry to forward the email. asuming you have a list schema like
dealer product price
you can create a data connection to your list in the infopath form
and in the default value of the text box of your form set the value to price column filtered on the condition
where dealer = dropdown1 and
product = dropdown2
