Unfortunately not getting any logs from them. But I heard this is known issue when we migrating the share-point from 2010 to 2016. Any luck for me? Please.

I was afraid of that. It is frustrating since I know the data is there, but I just don't know how to get to it. Coding would make it so simple, but I am not allowed to use custom code on the forms. I will play around with merging the promoted data and will report back if I find anything useful.
Thank you for your time.

I understand now. So the issue you will have is that there is no easy (non-code) way to get that repeating data from one form to another. If you promote the repeating data as merged, if every field in each row is filled out, you may be able to use something similar to the default data approach outlined in this thread - but I'm not confident in ...

My original form is the CCR document. This gets filled out by the user and then submitted to a SharePoint form library. Depending on what the needs are, different documents may be created using the data from the CCR form. Credit memo is one, RGA another, and CAPA is the third. I am attempting to use the ID field from the CCR form as a ...

I have a form load rule that checks if the form is see if it’s being opened by the "preparer" or the "requestor", and if so, it is supposed to switch to the starting view (called Request) and then execute no more rules. We recently migrated this form to SharePoint Online, and once in a while it SEEMS that this rule gets ...

Whew, I'm glad that worked. This was just my normal "SharePoint is being mean" troubleshooting - I like to make sure something reproduces prior to opening a support ticket, so if it isn't going to be too arduous, I usually see if I can figure out if I can make it happen again. :) Have a great day!

Hilary, you are a rockstar! I created a new page and embedded the webpart and it worked as designed. There must have been a glitch on that particular page. Thank you for your assistance!

I think since it works when NOT in the webpart, I'd run a quick test w/ a new webpart with the same form (just in case it is something about the webpart) but I think you'll have to open a ticket with Microsoft to have them take a look, since this is Office 365. Is this a recent issue? Did it used to work correctly & stopped? Or is this ...

Thank you for your prompt response! The Browser Forms postback setting is set to recommended "Only when necessary for correct rendering of the form". As for testing outside of the webpart, the radio and checkboxes remain intact when attaching a document. I've been testing in Chrome. When I just tested with IE, I cannot even click the ...

I've not seen this! If you right click one of your controls that are getting reset (in design mode), and select the properties, and look under the browser tab - what are the postback settings? Does this happen in all browsers? EDITED to add: What about if you fill out the form NOT in a webpart? Any different behavior?
