InfoPath Dev

I have an Infopath form that's being filled via webpart in Sharpoint Online. When the form is filled out, the last step is to attach a few documents. Once the first document is attached, it's almost like there's a refresh taking place on the form and all checkbox and radio selections disappear. Has anyone else come across this and find a solution? Thank you

I've not seen this! If you right click one of your controls that are getting reset (in design mode), and select the properties, and look under the browser tab - what are the postback settings? Does this happen in all browsers? EDITED to add: What about if you fill out the form NOT in a webpart? Any different behavior?

Thank you for your prompt response! The Browser Forms postback setting is set to recommended "Only when necessary for correct rendering of the form". As for testing outside of the webpart, the radio and checkboxes remain intact when attaching a document. I've been testing in Chrome. When I just tested with IE, I cannot even click the attachment box to upload a file.

I think since it works when NOT in the webpart, I'd run a quick test w/ a new webpart with the same form (just in case it is something about the webpart) but I think you'll have to open a ticket with Microsoft to have them take a look, since this is Office 365. Is this a recent issue? Did it used to work correctly & stopped? Or is this a new form / webpart?

Hilary, you are a rockstar! I created a new page and embedded the webpart and it worked as designed. There must have been a glitch on that particular page. Thank you for your assistance!

Whew, I'm glad that worked. This was just my normal "SharePoint is being mean" troubleshooting - I like to make sure something reproduces prior to opening a support ticket, so if it isn't going to be too arduous, I usually see if I can figure out if I can make it happen again. :) Have a great day!
