Hey, Catharine, you are going to wonder why I am asking this - but do you have multiple controls on the form that are bound to the same repeating group? I've seen this as bug in IPFS before - I have two different repeating sections bound to the same repeating group, and in the top one, hyperlinks are correct, and in the bottom one they behave ...

To easily pass data from one form to another, you may want to use qRules GetInputParameter command - you can have a link in form 1 that opens form 2 and includes input parameters in the URL (like "custID=123" or something) and then form 2 has qRules and uses GetInputParamter to get the data from the URL and load up info into the form....

No, I'm afraid not - list forms can't have code in them and that includes qRules.
You can use a regular InfoPath form with qRules to manage your list items - you just need to use other qRules logic to copy the list items into your main data source - here's a post with more info on that: ...

You changed it to just submit to the Lists web service connection?
qRules generates the CAML submitted to the Lists service based on the mapping in the mapping file.
However, since your form doesn't have any repeating data, I'm not certain why you are submitting to a list to begin with? I would just promote all the fields to the form ...

Me too! Let me attach it again with a file extension. With this one, walk through your mapping data connection again and browse to this file (or remove the file extension and add it as a resource file).

Try the following
Change your submit button to use Rules and Custom Code for the Action instead of Submit (or just add a new test button) in the button properties.
Since your mapping connection is named "mapping" you don't need that parameter, so your command can just be:
SubmitToSharePointList ...

Awesome - sounds like qRules is working. That makes it seem like it may either be your command or your mapping. Do you mind posting a copy of your form under the "Options" tab in a reply so I can take a look?

It sounds like you may have an issue with your mapping file (blank rows with no data) and that you might have accidentally disabled qRules (by adding code - this is very easy to do).
Put the Command and Result node on your form and preview. Type this into the command node:
GenerateGuid
and tab out. Do you get a GUID in the result node?

Hi - InfoPath uses the default view of your list unless you are using query fields to return specific items. I think you can get all items with an owssvr.dll connection (SharePoint 2007) or REST (SharePoint 2010 and 2013) if you want to leave your view alone....

Can you attach a screenshot of the error you are getting under the Options tab? Thanks!
