Ted,
I do not have any filters turned on. I had our sharepoint experts here in the office take a look and their answer was to just use explorer view. That won't work. They will not show up in any document librarys or any form librarys. Very frustrating.
Thanks for the help though.

Well the 'solution' above was short lived, back to square one.
No problems for most of today emailing the admin approved template off domain, saving, and filling in the form emailing it back and submitting with a custom submit button
Opens first time with the browser some forms second third and fourth, the suddenly "the form ...

I found a solution.
I concatenated all of the score attributes, then set a rule to say that if the concatanation contained a 5 then the score is 5. If the concatenation did not contain a 5 and contained a 4, then the score was 4, etc.

You're missing a space before /rowsrc.

Hi,
It's very odd that the document won't show up in the library. Do you have some filter condition on the default all documents view that might be preventing it from showing up? If the document is showing up in Explorer view it is in the library so it should show in a view unless there is some issue with filters on that view ...

Hi Peter,
With IPFS (the web client) your options are really limited with the filtering you can do without doing something custom or using a 3rd party tool like our Web Service Solution Pack.
We have a trial version you can download to test it out, we have had many customers use this tool for similiar situations to yours.

I have attached a screenshot of the the infopath form I am working on.
As you can see, at the top is the dropdown menu (Program Name). I want users to choose one of the names, then after they choose that, I want the three (3) repeating tables below (they are under where it says "Materials" "Testing" ...
