Eventually got my infopath form to submit data to a SharePoint list. I found that unless I removed the form's code, re-injected then reset the send data connections it wouldn't work.

You should use the selectNodes method instead of selectSingleNode, and then iterate through the results (you can use a foreach loop), saving one file each time the loop iterates. You will need to come up with a scheme for differentiating the file names.

If you enter your qRules command into the formula editor window, you need to surround it with quotes, so that it is recognized as a string. Otherwise, just enter it into the Value field in the Action dialog, and don't use the fx button at all.
