i also have the same requirement but i need to generate a PDF or .doc from 5 infopath forms in a single submit button.
it also has more than one attachments in different forms ,
any idea how to proceed with this ..
i really appreciate if u can send me the code or sample of this.

i tried doing the same but could not get , let me explain my scenario..
I have 6 infopath forms that need to be used for entering the data and each Form can be filled at any time,
I mean user can fill one form today and remaining later and these forms have to be stored temparaily in some storage may be we can use ...

After reading your original post again, I realized that the above doesn't answer your question. I will mull over it and see if I can think of a good solution.

You can use this formula to concat all of the non-blank items into a comma-separated list: eval(eval((field1 | field2 | field3)[. != ""], 'concat(., ", ")'), "..") In the bold underlined part, you would list out all of your fields (use the Insert field or group... feature), separated by pipes.
