Is it the template that is the problem or the XML? That is, if you try to open the form as a new form to fill out, do you get the error? Or only if you open an existing XML file?

Well, since you have the basic formula working now, I'd try:
concat(concat(my:Employees_involved_firstrepeating, " " ,my:Employees_involved_lastrepeating), ";") ... etc
So you know -- I haven't actually tested using a concat inside a double eval before, but I can't think of why it wouldn't work.... perhaps ...

Any blank form? Or just a particular one? What SP are you running? As you can probably tell by all the questions, I'm not sure what might be going wrong here....

It might be possible to have two foreign keys defined in the database mapping (in DAT) but perhaps we need to look at your table in SQL too. What is defined as a Foreign Key in the table? What is defined as a Primary Key? Thanks for the additional info.

I appologize for the redundancy, but I'm experiencing a similar issue and can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Basically, I have a "Status" field and when it changes, I want to append to the history that the Status has changed...the history is appending twice and am not sure how to have it append once...any help would ...
