Hi,
I thought this was simple but for me it turned out to be not.
I have a repeating table and one of the fields is a date. I my example the first row represents the starting date of a range and the last row the ending date.
Now getting the first date is quite simple but I didn't manage to get the last one. I tried everything in xpath with ...

It still uses .xsn. what are you seeing? Every 2010 form template I've created is an .XSN file type.
I don't know about feature.xmla and workflow.xml, but I do know that we can now customize workflow task forms in SharePoint Designer 2010 out of the box, so I don't know that you even have to worry about the method you're ...

Thanks for quick reply. I used a wrong template. Now I found the right version which has multiple select boxes for browser compatible form. It seems 2010 Infopath uses a different extension rather than .xsn. Richard, is the "new view" button not visible right next to your view switcher?

How to use them? What do you mean? This is a new feature of 2010 and it just works - it doesn't require configuration. Have you tried it, and it didn't work, or something else? Which exact multi-select box are you using? Dropdowns, radio buttons, checkboxes, combo boxes, etc? Let me know, and ...

Just use a formula for the default value for your "Total" field and use the Insert field or group button to select each of your fields. Then put a + sign between the fields....

Ah, I see. What would happen to the form name if the user opened it after the form was submitted and changed how many checkboxes were selected? Could that happen?

Hi,
I think this is a simple one. I have 5 seperate fields, each with a value in them. I have another field called "Total". How did I sum all the 5 seperate fields to put the total in the "Total" field.
Thanks
