I am using InfoPath 2010. VBS for Applications starts up and says, "Creating the Visual Basic or C#" project, thinks for a while, then throws the error: "Configuration system failed to initialize." Any ideas?

I've a form with a field which shows the size of a file in bytes. This is a regular textbox with an integer value. Unfortunately, this can be quite confusing when file are large. Therefore I want to display (!) the corresponding kB, MB, GB value for the file in this textbox instead of the byte value, if the file is larger than 1024, ...

The problem was that in the sql command, when using variables you must call them like
" + variable + "
not like
' " + varaiable + " '

I was able to right click on the right node and add a group, from which I was able to create an optional section. Not sure whether this will present any further problems when it comes to submit/receive but will be back again if it does.

but when i try to send it through the function i get this error saying:
