sorry i cant open the zips here, can you please mail them to anis.qazi@bitwiseglobal.com.
-
are you talking about designer workflow, or visual studio workflow
-
you can just put them as attachments here
-
when we attach a wrokflow to a sharepoint list/doc lib, we give it the name, most people prefer underscore to make it known that it is a special field, so the field you are gettting might be the actual field you are looking for
-
as far as i understand, you cant have rules on two fields to update each other, they will simply run into infinite recurrssion.
-
these changes wont reflect. what i got from your writing is that, you update the default value of text box and try to make it reflect on previous forms.
Instead of using textboxes why dont you just use loose text, just type next to the checkbox, instead of havign a textbox associated with it

when you create a secodary data connection to infopath list, it fetches all the rows. when you bind them to fields you get an option to filter, there is where you set the condition for the data from which record to be populated in your fields. obviously you are missing the same.
If you want only one record to be fetched you will have to write ...
-
do you mean you changed the default value or you just changed some loose text, if you change some loose text or field name then that should appear in the previous forms also. try relinking the forms to the template, to relink.
go to your document library -> settings -> document library settings -> relink documents to this library,
-
upload the form as site content type and activate it to different site collections
-
default values are set once a field is created so when you say default value to be riskstbl[last()]. infopath refers to the last row(i.e. the one you just created)
