Can you attach a screenshot to a reply under the Options tab if you are still having this issue, showing your SharePoint List data? I'm having trouble understanding the structure.

Based on the text of the message, you are installing on the SharePoint 2010 site. You will need to install to a standalone site not used by SharePoint. It can still be on the same server, just not on a SharePoint site.

Any chance I can see a copy of your form? Can you attach it under the Options tab in a reply?

Can I see a copy of your template?

I renamed my form, using your idea, and i still getting the same error. I dont know more what I could possibly do to solve this.
